Cancellation Policies

To avoid a charge, cancellations must be made ten days prior to arrival. Should you cancel within ten days you will be charged for your entire stay unless we are able to resell the room which you reserved. Should you opt to leave earlier than your original departure date, you will be charged for nights reserved unless we are able to resell your room.

Should you cancel within ten days The Bluff House Inn reserves the right to withhold the entire reservation amount with no refund. Should you opt to leave earlier than your original departure date, you will be charged for nights reserved.

Check-In: After 4:00 P.M.

Check Out: 10:00 A.M.

The Bluff House Inn is a "Self Check-In" style property. Your check-in information for your stay will be sent to your cell phone and email used to book your stay.

Payment for your entire stay will be due on booking. We DO NOT accept cash, travelers checks, or personal checks. We only accept payments via Visa, Master Card and Discover.
